Welcome to My Personal Page- Xavier Mendez

This will be my 5th time participating in the TPAN Ride for Life Chicago 2021. This year, in the face of the COVID-19 crisis, our participants and volunteers have committed to collectively reach for 10,000 TOGETHER.
The pandemic is challenging all of us to be creative and stay strong, and virtual participants from anywhere, at any level of ability, with any personal challenge can be part of our lifesaving mission. Our theme, 10,000 TOGETHER, reflects our commitment to rally in the face of crisis, uplift one another toward a finish line, and help our community affected by HIV stay safe, healthy, and thriving in challenging times.
I ride to reduce stigma, educate others about HIV/AIDS, and support those most in need of testing and care.
Thanks for your support,
Xavier
Through the Ride for Life Chicago, thousands of donors and more than 300 volunteer cyclists, advocates, crew, and team members help provide care to 2,000 people every year in Chicago and a lifeline of HIV health and treatment information to more than 100,000 people across the country. Our mission is to empower all lives affected by HIV and its many health challenges. The name “Ride for Life” reflects this event’s powerful impact: every mile, every donation and sponsorship, and every volunteer helps save lives through the work of TPAN and our community partners.
