TPAN's Ride for Life Chicago supports an expansive mission that impacts youth, older adults, and thousands of underserved Chicagoans. It is the only event of its kind in the Midwest. Over the past 18 years, TPAN has mobilized passionate supporters and HIV advocates to support our work through the Ride.

We heavily rely on Ride for Life Chicago to raise funds for our programs, which include a drop-in center Sponsorshipsfor LGBTQ young adults, support programs for older adults living with HIV, mental health services, especially relevant given the COVID-19 crisis, and housing assistance programs. Our many programs are not fully funded by grants. Our services are a lifeline for HIV-positive people living with poverty, mental illness, stigma, homelessness, substance abuse, and unemployment. These issues have been exacerbated by COVID-19.

Sponsorship allows us to allocate more of the funds raised through fundraising to programs and services that assist the most vulnerable in our community.
